Orders & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Republic of IrelandStandard Shipping(3-6 Working Days)
Bank and Public Holidays are not included.
Please note:Once you have submitted your order we will not be able to make any changes, this includes the delivery option and combining delivery charges for multiple orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you've placed your order, it immediately begins processing through the system so that we can get it to you as fast as possible.
Once 15 minutes has passed since you placed the order, it can't be cancelled as it will be getting picked and packed soon in our warehouse. If you no longer wish to keep the order, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking details.
Can I make a change to my order?
Once an order has been submitted, we cannot make any changes to it, this includes:
- Adding or removing items
- Changing colours or sizes
- Changing the delivery options
- Applying promotional discounts
- Changing the email address entered for this order
*If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing and are therefore not liable to refund/replace the order.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return my order?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return your order, please read the information below.
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order.
The return period will expire 30 days after the day you receive your order.
You must inform us of your decision to return by contacting us at:
support@harbourgymwear.ie
You may also use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not required.
It can take up to 28 days for your package to reach us. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed from the date we have received your return.
Please note:
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.
- Securely repack your items so they are safe for shipping. Items must have not been used, worn, or washed & must be in a resalable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How long until I receive my refund?
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed from the date we have received your return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Received a faulty item?
We're sorry if you've received a faulty item!
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@harbourgymwear.ie.
Please send our Customer Support Team:
- Your name and email address
- Order number
- Item name/description (if known)
- Photos that show:
1. The fault as clearly as possible
2. Full-length photo of the item
3. The HARBOUR logo and label
When reporting a faulty item, keep the following in mind
- The fault need to be reported within 6 months of purchase date by contact Customer Service on support@harbourgymwear.ie with details and photos of the fault.
- You must provide proof of purchase for example, a receipt or an order number, this includes for gifts.
- Refunds can only be made to the original payment method so in case of a gift being reported faulty and a refund is requested, this will be processed into a credit note.
Can I exchange an order?
Exchanges can be made for a different size, allowing you to return the unwanted item(s) as part of the returns process, whilst opting for a different size to be delivered out to you instead.
We are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is returned in its original condition.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please contact us at support@harbourgymwear.ie.
Please note that you may be responsible for return shipping for exchanges.
Payments & Promotions
How can I change my payment method?
It is not possible to change your payment method once the order has been placed. The orders are sent immediately to be prepared for dispatch. At this point, no further changes are possible.
How do I find out whether my transfer has been received?
Please note that, depending on the banking institution, it may take 3-5 working days for the payment to reach us. We will inform you by email as soon as the payment reaches us. Your order will then be dispatched as soon as possible.
Payment Issues
If you are getting error messages when making a payment using a card, please check the following:
- The address registered on your card matches the billing address in My Account/on your order
- You are entering the card details correctly e.g the expiry date and security code from the back of your card
- Has your bank declined the payment, you will need to contact your card provider as they will have more information.
- Try using a different card or payment method.
Once you've checked all of the above and you are still experiencing problems, please contact us and include as much detail as you can around the error:
- The error message you are seeing
- A description of the problem
- What payment method you are trying to use
- What the products are you’re trying to purchase
- What internet browser you are using or if you are using our app
- Any other details that could be useful
Please note: If you are experiencing problems whilst using PayPal to make a payment, you will need to contact them directly and check here.
Price Changes
Can I get a price adjustment on an item I've already purchased?
As an online retailer, our prices will occasionally change depending on demand, stock levels and sales. This does mean that items can change price after you've purchased them.
There are a few factors that would cause a price to be amended, such as:
- Foreign exchange rates
- Increased costs in our supply chain (supplier or freight based)
- Improved product quality, features or hardware
- A shift in market price points
- Sales or Promotions
Unfortunately, we're unable to adjust any prices or offer a refund or credit for the difference in price once an order has been placed.
Sadly, we're also unable to retrospectively apply a discount code or gift card to an order that’s already been placed.
We're always moving forwards to ensure our products improve whilst sitting at an accessible price point, without compromising our quality standards - We appreciate your understanding!

How do I create an account?
To create an account, click ‘Create Account’. From there, just follow the on-screen instructions. Fill in the relevant fields and click 'Create Account'.
You can then sign into your account under the My Account section anytime to see your account details, order history and much more.
*Please note that placing an order doesn't automatically create an account.
I forgot my password—what do I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the Sign In page, enter your email, and follow the reset link. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.
How can I update my personal details?
Log in to My Account → Profile, where you can change your address, phone number, or subscribe/unsubscribe from emails.

How should I care for my clothing?
Check the care instructions first
Before you wash your new HARBOUR gear — whether it’s a T-shirt or any future product you buy from us — always take a moment to read the care label inside the garment. This will help you avoid mistakes when it comes to washing, drying, or ironing, and will help your gear stay looking its best for longer.
Turn your clothes inside out before washing
It’s good practice to turn your clothing inside out when washing it. The inside of your garments tends to collect sweat, skin cells, and bacteria from training sessions — so washing inside out ensures a more thorough clean. It also helps to protect the outside surface of the fabric and any prints or logos from unnecessary wear during the wash.
Wash at cooler temperatures
There’s no need to wash HARBOUR gear at high temperatures. We recommend washing at 30°C or lower wherever possible. This is not only gentler on the fabric, helping preserve the fit and stretch, but also reduces energy consumption — better for the environment and your energy bills.
Skip the tumble dryer
We strongly recommend air drying your gymwear. Tumble drying uses heat and movement which can damage fabric fibres, reduce elasticity, and cause logos or prints to crack or peel. Hanging your clothes to dry naturally helps them last longer and lowers your carbon footprint at the same time.
