Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To request a return or exercise your EU/EEA right of withdrawal, please use our Returns & Withdrawal Requests page. You will need to log in using the email address used for your order.
You can always contact us for any return question at info@harbourgymwear.ie.
To be eligible for a return under our 30-day return policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
EU/EEA customers also have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the item, without giving a reason. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@harbourgymwear.ie so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Damages and issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item.
We will assess the issue and offer a resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items returned with odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received a refund, please contact us at info@harbourgymwear.ie.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Fraud Prevention & Abuse Policy
We reserve the right to monitor return activity and decline returns or refuse service in cases of suspected abuse, excessive returns, or fraudulent claims.
If a return does not meet our criteria, the item will be disposed of within 48 hours, or you may pay for shipping to have it returned to you.
